Vintage Fashion Show

In Partnership with Art Crush Studios, to benefit Regional Victim Crisis Center: Rosie Cheeks & The Abilene Pinup Dolls are proud to present: The Vintage Fashion Show! Starting at 6P, enjoy dinner & femme art, as well as LIVE music by local artists, a professional photo booth & the main event: The Vintage Fashion Show!

This event is meant to bring awareness to social problems we as women face today. Our goal is to empower women from all walks of life to be the strong, independent thinking women we were meant to be.

Join Rosie Cheeks & The Abilene Pinup Dolls as they strut their stuff in all their Pinup (Vintage inspired) glory!

Please join us at the Center for Contemporary Arts downtown to celebrate the reception of Art Crush artist Jen Burns for her show “Ocularity”.   Ocularity features Burns’ eyeball art in jewelry, crowns, and dioramas.

Artists We Love: Stephanie Prosser To Speak at The Grace

After viewing out women’s themed exhibit at Art Crush “Femme Fatale” please consider attending the speaking engagement of Stephanie Prosser at The Grace. The event is Feb. 8th at 6pm.  Prosser is a motivated artist whose name is becoming synonymous with Abilene Culture and Arts.

 

DIALOGUE is a collaboration with the Center for Contemporary Arts (CCA).  Artist Members from the CCA are invited to pair the work they create with art currently on view at The Grace and speak about the connections between the two.  The next artist to present will be Stephanie R. Prosser.

Stephanie R. Prosser is a studio artist and muralist who is leaving her mark on the Big Country.  Her colorful paintings and mural work can be found throughout homes and businesses across West Texas. When she’s not painting on site, or in her studio, Mrs. Prosser continues to share and nurture her creativity as Co-Owner at Prosser Productions Inc. Video Production Services, and as Founder/ CEO of local Art Nonprofit Palette of Purpose Incorporated.
